How a Gift Box Sleeve Works
The sleeve is die-cut and scored to the outer dimensions of the host box. During packing or presentation, it slides on as a wrap or open-end sleeve so logos, artwork, and finishes sit on the most visible face. It does not replace the structural walls, base, or lid of the inner pack.
Host-box length, width, depth, and board thickness determine sleeve fit. A sample of the packed box should be checked before full production so the sleeve is neither loose nor so tight that it scuffs print or binds on the corners.
